VARIOUS — Time For Vinyl Vol. 9

Various – Time For Vinyl Vol. 9 arrives as the latest 12-inch offering from the TIME FOR VINYL imprint, catalogued as TIME1475LP. Slated for an October 9 2026 release, the compilation gathers six dance-floor oriented cuts that sit comfortably at the intersection of tech house and italo house, delivering a concise yet varied snapshot of contemporary club aesthetics. Within the TIME FOR VINYL series, Vol. 9 joins a cluster of releases that all dropped on the same day, including Vol. 2 (TIME1440LP), Vol. 3 (TIME1445LP), Vol. 4 (TIME1450LP), Vol. 5 (TIME1455LP), Vol. 6 (TIME1460LP), Vol. 7 (TIME1465LP), Vol. 8 (TIME1470LP) and Vol. 10 (TIME1480LP). This coordinated launch underlines the label’s commitment to a serial format, each volume offering a fresh selection of tracks while maintaining a coherent stylistic thread. Side A opens with “Feel It (Alex Party Mix)” by Carol Bailey, a track that immediately establishes a driving rhythm and a sense of forward momentum, setting the tone for the side. It is followed by “Dirty Love (Directory Mix)” from Infinity, which sustains the groove while introducing a slightly darker tonal shade, creating a smooth transition from the opening energy. The side closes with “I Got You (Cristian Marchi & Paolo Sandrini Extended Mix)” featuring Cristian Marchi, Nari & Milani and Max'C; this extended mix expands the momentum with a melodic hook that bridges the preceding tracks and prepares the listener for the B-side. Side B begins with “Relations (Extended Mix)” by Erika, a track that offers a relaxed yet insistent pulse, providing a subtle contrast to the A-side’s intensity. “Feel The Same (Xtended Mix)” from Triple X (XXX) follows, delivering a more hypnotic atmosphere that deepens the set’s groove. The compilation concludes with “It’s A Real World (Full Vocals Mixx)” by Molella and Phil Jay, a concise closer that reintroduces vocal elements, rounding off the journey with a memorable finish that can serve as a set-ending moment or a bridge to further selections. The compilation situates itself as a useful reference point within the broader output of the participating producers, each of whom has contributed to the label’s ongoing exploration of dance-floor dynamics. While no additional releases by these artists appear on the same label in the supplied data, the presence of multiple well-known names across the series reinforces TIME FOR VINYL’s role as a curator of contemporary club sounds. For DJs, the record offers a ready-made toolkit: the opening tracks on side A provide strong opening material for peak-time sets, while the B-side delivers deeper, more melodic options suitable for mid-set transitions or closing moments. The consistent tempo range across the six cuts makes beat-matching straightforward, and the extended mixes give ample room for creative mixing and layering. The physical product is a 12-inch vinyl, presented in the standard format for the series. Its straightforward packaging aligns with the label’s focus on the music itself rather than on collectible gimmicks. In sum, Various – Time For Vinyl Vol. 9 (TIME1475LP) is a 12-inch vinyl compilation released by TIME FOR VINYL, featuring six tracks that span dance, tech house and italo house, and offering DJs a cohesive set of extended mixes for club environments.
