ZCELLI FOREVER, JOHANNES ALBERT, DOMPE — Home EP

Zcelli Forever, Johannes Albert & Dompe – Home EP opens the Any Second Now Music catalogue with ASN004, a 12-inch vinyl that sits at the crossroads of deep house and tech house. Issued on 14 September 2026, the EP gathers two original house-style productions and two contrasting remixes, delivering a blend of contemporary grooves and nods to classic club DNA that the label describes as “all-around excellent”. Within Any Second Now Music’s recent output, Home EP follows the earlier releases Together never lonely Vol. One (ASN003) and The Sun and The Rainfall LP (ASN002), both from 2026, and the 2024 vinyl ALMA REJ (ASNVINYL001). This positioning underscores the label’s ongoing commitment to melodic, club-ready deep house while expanding its palette through divergent reinterpretations. Side A opens with “Home (Original Mix)”, a track that establishes the EP’s modern house foundation. Its rhythmic drive and warm tonal balance set a solid platform for the subsequent Johannes Albert Remix, which re-imagines the same material through a tech-house lens, adding a tighter, more percussive edge that contrasts yet complements the original. The two A-side cuts therefore function as a dialogue between the artists’ shared vision and individual production signatures. Flipping to side B, “Alma Rej Pt 2” continues the deep house thread, offering a melodic continuation that feels like a natural extension of Zcelli Forever’s earlier ALMA REJ release on the same label. Dompe’s remix of this piece pushes the track into a darker, more experimental realm, injecting a distinct texture that broadens the EP’s sonic scope and showcases the remixer’s penchant for reworking familiar motifs into fresh, club-ready statements. The Home EP arrives at a moment when deep and tech house continue to dominate underground dancefloors, and its dual-original/dual-remix format provides DJs with immediate flexibility. The original mix supplies a smooth, groove-centric entry point for late-night sets, while the Johannes Albert Remix offers a sharper, more driving option for peak-time moments. On the B-side, the original “Alma Rej Pt 2” works well as a warm, melodic bridge, whereas Dompe’s reinterpretation can be deployed for more intense, rhythm-focused transitions. Collectors will appreciate the continuity of Zcelli Forever’s output on Any Second Now Music, especially when paired with the earlier ALMA REJ vinyl, and the presence of two distinct remix perspectives adds depth to the release’s narrative. The record is pressed as a 12-inch vinyl, adhering to the format standard of the label’s recent output. Its straightforward presentation aligns with the EP’s focus on musical content rather than packaging gimmicks.
