Louie Vega’s dub mix of 'Elevation' gives the DJs a chugging tool to work it out complete with a chant - 'Everbody!'. Tommy Musto’s 'Zero Hour Dub Mix' folds over Renell Shaw’s bassline into a thick throbbing bounce. With knife-like precision Musto slices up components from the original including the drums, percussions, organs and pianos, serving up the individual musical ingredients of 'Elevation' on a delicious sonic platter. The Soul Clap Dub digs even deeper into its Detroit influence, building and uplifting with chord stabs, melodic themes and glistening arpeggiation.
