SALOMO — Club Dream 002

Salomo – Club Dream 002 opens the second volume of Club Dream’s Daydream side project, a label devoted to pumpy, uplifting house. Issued as a 12-inch vinyl under the catalogue number CLUBDREAM002, the record finds the Berlin-based producer navigating the space between classic house grooves and a contemporary club sheen. Within the Club Dream catalogue, this EP follows the inaugural “Club Dream 001” by Mbius (CLUBDREAM001, 2025). While the first volume set a tone of bright, forward-moving dancefloor fare, Salomo’s contribution deepens the label’s focus on melodic, bass-driven tracks that retain that same uplifting spirit. Side A begins with “Looking Back”, a track that immediately establishes a punchy rhythmic foundation, inviting DJs to drop it into the early part of a set for a clean, driving entry. The follow-up, “Future is a Circle”, maintains the kinetic energy while introducing a slightly more spacious melodic contour, creating a subtle shift that works well for extending momentum into the second half of a set. Side B continues the journey with “Puzzle of Dreams”, a composition that leans into a deeper groove, offering a darker, more hypnotic texture that can serve as a bridge between peak-time moments and a more introspective segment. The record closes with “Cloudfaces”, a piece that lifts the mood with playful melodic hints, providing a gentle resolution that can either wind down a set or re-energise a late-night crowd. Salomo’s recent output includes the 2026 “RM12041” on R.A.N.D. Muzik Recordings and the 2024 “Power of Love” on Breakfree Records, both 12-inch vinyl releases that showcase a consistent affinity for melding driving basslines with melodic flair. “Club Dream 002” fits naturally into this trajectory, reinforcing the artist’s reputation for crafting tracks that balance club-ready propulsion with emotive nuance. For DJs, the EP offers two distinct pairings: the A-side tracks are suited to building or sustaining energy in a peak-time set, while the B-side cuts provide deeper, more atmospheric options for transitional moments or closing sections. Collectors will appreciate the concise four-track format that captures Salomo’s signature blend of classic house structure and modern club polish, making it a versatile addition to any vinyl-oriented library. The release arrives as a standard 12-inch vinyl, presenting the full four-track experience without additional embellishments.
