OBSCUR — Stonewalled

Ljubljana-based DJ and producer Obscur has established himself as a distinctive voice within the contemporary underground, defined by a deep, minimalist and subtly psychedelic sound. Driven by precision and restraint, his productions unfold through immersive, hypnotic atmospheres and steadily building momentum, shaped for long-form dancefloor journeys. This approach comes through naturally on the EP, which came together in a way he particularly enjoyed. Nick and Yannick selected a strong set of tracks that give the release a clear sense of narrative, allowing it to unfold as a cohesive story rather than simply a collection of individual tracks. The result is a release that feels considered and complete, and one Obscur is very pleased with.
