About Release
Spanish label Andermedt delivers a peerless debut with a solid mindf*ck. The lost and found magic chest of Laurine Frost's never-ending protest against the cliche of techno. A more than 5year old archive winks back at Frost's earlier 4/4-based works, but Cabaret Nord represents grotesque and his characteristic dark mysticism in a yet unheard intensity. Tight funk, earth-shaking drums, playful structures on a wide and dark veil.
* mastered and cut by Stefan Betke.
* 180 gr. heavyweight vinyl with premium packaging and hand-drawn illustration.
