BRUCE IVERY — Share My Love

Bruce Ivery – Share My Love opens the STILOVE4MUSIC054 12-inch vinyl with a confident return to the label that has long benefited from his disco craftsmanship. The Chicago-born producer, known for his work with the Chuck Brothers collective and recent outing on Ryan Elliott’s Faith Beat, delivers a set of tracks that promise to stir the dancefloor with a classic yet forward-looking disco vibe. Within the STILOVE4MUSIC catalogue, this release follows the earlier outings Stick Together by Le Ceez (STILOVE4MUSIC053, 2026) and Do or Don’t by Jerome Derradji (STILOVE4MUSIC052, 2026). Positioned after these two entries, Share My Love continues the label’s focus on polished, groove-centric releases that bridge house and disco sensibilities. Side A opens with “Share My Love”, a title that hints at an uplifting, melodic thrust designed to hook the crowd early in a set. Its placement as A1 gives it the role of a floor-filling opener, setting a bright, rhythmic tone. The second cut, “En el arbusto”, follows with a title that evokes a more mysterious atmosphere, providing a subtle shift while maintaining the record’s overall disco character. Side B shifts the mood with “Nova Funk Feat. Bigg Donn”, a collaboration that suggests a vocal-driven groove, adding a human element to the instrumental focus of the record. The final track, “Nova Funk (Instrumental)”, strips back the vocal layer, offering DJs a clean version for mixing while preserving the same rhythmic foundation established on B1. In the context of Bruce Ivery’s output, Share My Love reinforces his reputation for crafting tracks that balance nostalgic disco aesthetics with contemporary dancefloor demands. The record sits comfortably alongside his recent productions, demonstrating his continued relevance within the genre’s modern revival. For DJs, the record offers a versatile toolkit: the opener “Share My Love” works well as a set starter or peak-time lift, “En el arbusto” provides a darker transition, while the two “Nova Funk” cuts give options for vocal-rich moments or instrumental mixing. Collectors will appreciate the continuity of Ivery’s sound on STILOVE4MUSIC and the cohesive sequencing that makes the 12-inch a practical addition to any disco-oriented crate. The release arrives as a standard 12-inch vinyl, matching the format of its label mates and fitting seamlessly into both DJ decks and home listening rigs.
