About Release
‘BEAST’ is the 4th installment in the series of Ameel Brecht's sleep-inspired compositions.Where the earlier parts of this series focused primarily on ‘in between phases’ and manifestations of sleep, this penultimate volume shifts its attention to the absence of sleep. Without sleep, never resting, never dreaming, what would we experience? A monochrome fever-quality fog, a void of unrealities.
